  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Maille Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a small bowl whisk together the maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce.

  3. Place the salmon, skin side down on a small sheet pan, that's been lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the fillets with the mustard mixture.

  5. Place in oven on the middle rack. Cook for 20 minutes, basting the salmon with the maple mustard glaze every 5 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately

Recipe Notes

This is excellent served over yellow rice. I like to purchase a packaged version from the rice aisle and mix in some thawed peas at the end of the cooking time.
