BBQ Brisket Pizza
A great way to use leftover BBQ brisket.
- 1 Tablespoon Corn meal
- 1 medium pizza shell
- 1/2 Cup Stubbs Sticky Sweet Legendary BBQ sauce
- 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 medium red onion chopped
- 2 medium tomato chopped
- 2 small jalapeno chopped
- 1 cup Brisket cooked, shredded
- Fresh cilantro fine chopped and Ranch Dressing for topping
Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle pizza stone or baking sheet with corn meal. Flour work surface with flour and shape pizza dough into a round or rustic rectangle style. Move the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. I purchased raw dough from the grocery store to make this even easier.
Evenly coat the dough with the BBQ sauce and then cheddar cheese
Sprinkle on the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until everything looks bubbly and cooked. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch dressing.
