Zesty Grilled Ham Steak
A delicious glaze for grilled ham.
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 pound fully cooked ham steak fully cooked, 1/2 and inch thick
Directions In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, horseradish and lemon juice to a boil. Brush over both sides of ham. Grill over medium-hot heat for 10-12 minutes on each side or until heated through and well glazed. Yield: 4 servings.
