Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Corn meal
  • 1 medium pizza shell
  • 1/2 Cup Stubbs Sticky Sweet Legendary BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 medium red onion chopped
  • 2 medium tomato chopped
  • 2 small jalapeno chopped
  • 1 cup Brisket cooked, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro fine chopped and Ranch Dressing for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle pizza stone or baking sheet with corn meal. Flour work surface with flour and shape pizza dough into a round or rustic rectangle style. Move the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. I purchased raw dough from the grocery store to make this even easier.
  • Evenly coat the dough with the BBQ sauce and then cheddar cheese
  • Sprinkle on the rest of the ingredients.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until everything looks bubbly and cooked. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch dressing.
