Form two hamburger patties. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a dusting of Canadian Steak Seasoning. Oil your grill grates or spray them with oil. Grill up your burgers, about 5 minutes per side. Brush buns with butter toast them on the grill and add your cheese towards the end to melt. To build your burger, place burger on the bun, add a little barbeque sauce, some onion and dig in.
Buffalo Burgers are also lean so just remember not to smash 'em.If you can't find Chipotle Cheddar Cheese, just use Monterey Jack or Muenster.
