Slow Cooker Creamed Corn. Corn is simmered slow and low in your crock pot in a sauce of cream cheese and butter.
The time to get down with your Crock Pot is always. No need to wait for cold Winter days to pull out that magical pot, any season is a good time for effortless meals.
When most people think of slow cookers, they think of slow cooked meat, like beef stews or savory tender pork dishes. But it’s not just a meat machine, it’s also great for side dishes. I love using the slow cooker for this corn side dish when a big family meal is involved. It frees up my stove top for other dishes.
This recipe comes from my Cousin Pam. So delicious in all it’s simplicity. Frozen corn, topped with cream cheese and butter and cooked in the slow cooker. Unforgettable recipe for me … I couldn’t stay out of it.

Great corn recipe!
I’m now gonna try to make it before my GF gets home (I’m in the dog house for forgetting our anniversary!!!) This is her favorite so hopefully it will do the trick.
Keep up the great work!
I agree with Sam! Irresistible creamy, cheesy corn and what a lovely serving dish!
Thank you Susan.
What’s not to love about the combination of corn, butter and cream. Love your pretty chafing dish too.
