Chipotle Chicken Soup. It’s one of our favorite easy weeknight fixes. It comes together in about 30 minutes and brings a wonderful combination of textures and flavors with it

This Jicama and Orange Salad is a breath of fresh air as we’re making our way through Winter. Crunchy, fresh and with red onions and oranges, it was a bright and refreshing side dish for these heavy duty flavored Beef Brisket Tacos. It’s time I become more familiar with jicama. It’s always in our markets

Mexican Sliders. Ancho chile flavored beef patties, topped with the smoky heat of chipotle mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, Cabernet caramelized onions and red leaf lettuce. Don’t forget to start building these sliders with slices of dill pickle.
