It’s super easy to make, here’s my recipe.
Play Ball! According to the National Hot Dog and Sausage Council (NHDSC), this year baseball fans will consume more than 21 million hot dogs at stadiums across the country.
- 2 links chorizo Mexican sausage
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 2 hot dog buns
Heat grill. Grill chorizo links until done. About 5 minutes per side. Place links in bun and sprinkle with cheese. Place links on the top warming rack of grill and close lid so cheese will melt. Remove and sprinkle with pico de gallo, and lettuce.
